PISA Refund Policy

TEAM DEPOSITS

Pittsburgh Indoor Sports LP. (PISA) doesn't offer refunds for team deposits.  Your deposit secures a place in the league in which you will compete.  Because your deposit (once accepted and approved) assures you participation while other teams may be turned away due to lack of space, we can not offer refunds on deposits.

To avoid problems, please be committed to fielding a team before making your deposit.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIPS

PISA doesn't charge for facility memberships at this time. If in the future, we institute a membership fee, it will be non-refundable.

ALL OTHER ACTIVITIES AT THE FACILITY

For all payments to participate in Camps, Clinics, Youth and Adult Programs, or any future offering for which individuals will pay to enroll, the following refund policies will apply. In the event of injury or protracted illness such that the individual would not be able to participate in the activity for which they have registered, the facility will, at the individual's request, issue a refund of the enrollment fee.

If an individual, due to circumstance not covered in the preceding paragraph, is unable to participate in the activity for which they have registered, no refund will be given, but they will be eligible for a non transferable certificate to participate in the activity at a future date.
